Kat Janowicz – President of 3COTECH Inc., has over 20 years of international experience in commercial and industrial infrastructure for energy, renewables, nuclear, transportation and goods movement, ports and marine terminals, oil and gas, sustainability, and environmental projects. She is experienced in process and performance improvements, multidisciplinary engineering consultancy, and contract negotiations in both N.A. and Europe. Her expertise in sustainability and energy encompasses the holistic approach to the total asset lifecycle and includes risk management, construction, procurement, O&M, capital improvements, due diligence, facility condition assessments, permitting, compliance, stakeholder engagement, public outreach, and education. She has managed multi-sector projects with commitment to safety, health, and environment, and focus on quality, budgets, schedule, “fit-for-purpose”, and value engineering. Project engineering and field experience includes the following disciplines: MEP, HVAC, I&C, piping, process, structural, civil, and environmental.
Caroline Dixon – Principal and Owner of Dixon Risk, is an experienced risk management professional with over 25 years’ experience in safety, process risk, and systems. She is experienced in developing high level PHA and quantitative risk systems in hazard analysis and safety planning for high risk industries such as oil and gas and chemical manufacturing
Don Page – National Director of Energy Efficiency with Totalis Energy, LLC. He is responsible for developing energy efficient strategic planning for customers utilizing LED, VFD, A/C, and solar heat reduction technologies. Don is experienced managing large energy programs for aerospace, hospitals, big box retail, office buildings, school districts and college campuses. He has a thorough knowledge of CA Title 24, ASHRAE, and similar California and Federal environmental and energy rules & regulations. He previously worked with Cenergistics, McDonnell Douglas, Honeywell and Siemens. He holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Arizona. He is accredited as a Certified Energy Manager (CEM).
