John McCabe, QEP, CSP, CEM, has over 30 years’ experience in national and international EHS programs, serving clients in manufacturing, oil & gas, biotech/pharmaceutical/medical device, aerospace, electronics, government, construction, consulting and legal.  He has managed EHS teams and services in both Fortune 500 industry and consulting, and has supported environmental, workplace safety, and renewable energy programs and services.  Mr. McCabe is a lead auditor in Health, Safety, and Environmental programs and has supported oil & gas, energy, utility, and manufacturing in verifying EHS and climate change programs and services.  He has managed large assessment and remediation programs in industry and provided safety and DOT expertise to manufacturing, R&D, chemical, and oil & gas refining operations.  He has provided EHS compliance and management system consulting support in North America, Central America, Asia, and Europe.

Gabe Sierra, has over 20 years’ of national and international experience in industry (BP Amoco, Emerson Process Management) and government (OSHA), including process automation technology, safety compliance, large scale petrochemical engineering and construction, manufacturing, and business strategy.   His safety expertise includes process safety, general industry safety and health compliance, and safety culture/management program development.  He served as a Chief of Staff for OSHA from 2006 to 2009.   Internationally, he has managed large-scale petrochemical construction projects meeting business objectives while exceeding safety performance goals.  He has advised organizations on construction performance criteria and identified and developed wireless automation technology that led to the creation of a new industry wide technology platform.  He holds a BSEE from the University of Florida and an MBA from Indiana University.  Mr. Sierra holds numerous patents and has published on the subject of industrial wireless technology.

Maria Tettman LEED, CEM, President of Ecoteal Inc., is an environmental and safety expert with over 20 years of experience in industry and consulting.  Ms. Tettman is an experienced lead auditor in greenhouse gas, EHS compliance, EHS management systems, and sustainable energy and has experience working in manufacturing, healthcare, oil and gas, and consulting where she managed projects, teams, and risk issues.

Zizi Riyami, has over 25 years’ experience with expertise in air quality permitting and reporting, greenhouse gas verification (multiple sectors including oil & gas, hospitals, and manufacturing environments), EHS compliance, SCAQMD regulatory compliance and reporting, and in Title V reporting.

Mehmet Pehlivan, PG, CHG, QSP/QSD, has over 30 years in environmental assessment and remediation, and petroleum exploration and development.  He is experienced managing site assessments, feasibility studies, groundwater and soil remediation, and stormwater.  He holds patents on two-phase extraction technology, and other innovative solutions for groundwater and soil remediation projects and is accredited as a Professional Geologist in CA and AZ.

  

Catherine Quinn – Catherine Quinn, PG, is has over 25 years consulting and industry experience in contaminant hydrogeology on behalf of attorneys, land developers/investors, private industry, United States Environmental Protection Agency (USEPA), various Ports, and water districts.  The team has expertise in Environmental Due Diligence, Hydrogeological Analyses, Subsurface Characterization, Remediation Oversight, Litigation Support, Mediation, and Regulator and Stakeholder Negotiations.

Neal Pospisil, brings over 25 years of EHS experience and leadership in the independent power, renewable energy, and biotech industries. He has managed teams in multimedia environmental permitting, business and project development, regulatory EHS compliance, and support of regulatory affairs that included management roles such as VP of EHS in overseeing the development of a 25,000 MW power generation portfolio.  Mr. Pospisil is experienced in environmental project licensing, regulatory compliance, environmental due diligence; project, land and pipeline acquisitions; emissions trading and acquisition; project management, environmental company branding; general safety and statistics; and public and community relations.  He has conducted business throughout North America, India, Ireland, Malaysia, Netherlands and Puerto Rico.

Don Page, CEM – National Director of Energy Efficiency with Totalis Energy, LLC.  He is responsible for developing energy efficient strategic planning for customers utilizing LED, VFD, A/C, and solar heat reduction technologies.   Don is experienced managing large energy programs for aerospace, hospitals, big box retail, office buildings, school districts and college campuses.  He has a thorough knowledge of CA Title 24, ASHRAE, and similar California and Federal environmental and energy rules & regulations.  He previously worked with Cenergistics, McDonnell Douglas, Honeywell and Siemens.  He holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Arizona and is accredited Certified Energy Manager (CEM).
